Alcohol sector wants weekend restrictions eased

The wine industry estimates that it’s lost around R7.5 billion through the various bans during lockdown. 

It’s now fighting for government to ease the weekend sales restrictions,

since alcohol sales are only allowed from Monday to Friday.
