ANC MP Bongani Bongo responds to corruption charges

Former state security minister Bongani Bongo and his brother, Sipho, were released on R10 000 bail each on Wednesday.

Together with nine other accused they appeared in the Nelspruit Magistrate's Court and face charges of corruption dating back almost a decade.

The charges relate to alleged dubious land deals amounting to almost R124-million.

The ANC MP joined us to discuss the charges levelled against him.
