Artists call for Nathi Mthethwa's head

Shape up or ship out.

That’s the call by a collective of artists, who want Arts and Culture Minister Nathi Mthethwa to be axed.

Members of the theatre and arts fraternity, staged a protest outside Luthuli House, to demand that government take their concerns seriously. The sector has been heavily impacted by COVID-19 restrictions.

Siya Dokoda of the Vuyani Dance Theatre, says the minister should be recalled.
