Boutique hotel opens in Khayelitsha

The tourism industry has suffered one setback after the other since the outbreak of the coronavirus.

But one enterprising hotelier in Khayelitsha wasn't going to let lockdown delays hold her back from realizing her dream of running a luxury hotel in the heart of a township.

This week, the Spade Hotel and Spa in Mandela Park opens its doors to visitors for the very first time.
