Bullying not taken seriously

Dozens of videos of children being bullied have emerged on social media.

It’s become all too common in this country to see children assaulting each other. But what should we do about the bullies?

On Thursday, Ipeleng Mofokeng, from the Ipeleng Cares foundation, told etv news what needs to be considered when looking to rehabilitate bullies.

She says bullying is an “underestimated” problem in our society.
