Can SA’s wine industry survive lockdown?

South Africa is the eighth-largest wine producer in the world, and accounts for more than 300 000 jobs. 

But if the ban on the sale of alcohol continues, the Southern African Agri Initiative believes it could leave 18 000 people in the sector unemployed.
