Cannabis clubs head to court

The Constitutional Court earlier ruled that it is legal to grow and use marijuana in the privacy of one's home.

But what about businesses that privately grow and prepare cannabis for their clients?

Lawyers are preparing to head to court early next year to determine the legality of cannabis growing clubs.
