Cape Metro to sue over beach film shoot

The abrupt shutdown of a tv commercial shoot at Camps Bay in Cape Town is headed for the courts.

Police Minister Bheki Cele ordered a crew, that was filming on the beach, to stop its production on Wednesday. 

He was on a walkabout inspecting the city's beaches.

Cele claimed the shoot was in breach of COVID-19 protocols.
