Cape taxis try to broker peace... again

Western Cape taxi bosses are attempting to broker peace one more time.

It follows another deadly week on popular routes in Delft, Philippi and Nyanga. At least nine people were killed and dozens more injured in taxi-related feuds this week. In a shooting in Khayelitsha last night a baby was injured and three people were killed.
