The Caster Semenya ruling, what's next?
Two-time Olympic champion Caster Semenya, has lost her final appeal to compete in the 800 meter track event at the postponed Tokyo Olympics next summer.
According to World Athletics guidelines, Semenya’s natural testosterone levels are far above the standard female range.
