Celebrating our nurses

She raises the spirits of the sick with her voice and through the COVID-19 pandemic Sister Thathakahle Gumede was the calm through the storm for patients and nurses at the Philani Clinic in KwaCele on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal. On International Nurses Day we pay tribute to KwaZulu-Natal's ‘Singing Nurse’.  Our reporter Nabeelah Shaikh has this story.
