Chaos as Bheki Cele visits Eldos

Police minister Bheki Cele's visit to Eldorado Park, in Johannesburg on Friday, sparked outrage among residents.

Cele was in the area, a day after violent protests erupted over Nathaniel Julius (16), who was allegedly gunned down by police.
