COVID-19 update in Garden Route

George Mayor Leon van Wyk joined us to outline the action he intends taking, following the decision to close down Garden Route beaches.

President Cyril Ramaphosa announced the decision this week as COVID-19 infections showed a marked increase in the Western Cape.

He also declared the Garden Route a COVID-19 hotspot and with that came the closure of some facilities and the cancelation of events.
