Customer leaves R20 000 tip for staff
We have seen the harsh impact that the COVID-19 pandemic has had on the restaurant industry and it’s staff members.
But generous customers are coming to their rescue. Not too long ago we saw a customer leave a R6 000 tip at a restaurant in Cape Town.
Now to do one better a R20 000 tip was gifted by a customer to staff members at a restaurant in Hout Bay after their bill came to only R370.
These generous gestures have definitely been welcomed by these staff members.
