Day 2 of SASSA payments

Thousands of social grant beneficiaries queued for several hours across the Cape,

to receive their social grants for the second day running.

Day one was not without incident, a 74 year old man collapsed in a SASSA queue,

and Athlone pensioners were turned away after shops ran out of money.

Thankfully, it seems things were a lot more organised today.
