Did the E Cape ignore COVID-19 warnings?

There have been warning signs that the Eastern Cape would need tougher COVID-19 restrictions for months. 

Shane Brown, the Chair of the Nelson Mandela Bay Disaster Management, 

Says he wrote to the premier’s office two weeks ago, pleading for intervention.

Brown joined us via Skype to give us as idea of how bad the situation is.
