Drivers dodge potholes in Mthatha

Residents of Mthatha are at their wits end. They say the King Sabata Dalindyebo municipality doesn't seem to care about fixing potholes in the area. 
In October last year the municipality said it had set aside R42 million, to revamp the streets of Norwood. But a year later nothing has been done.
