Dudu Myeni undermines Zondo

Advocate Kate Hofmeyr argued on Thursday that a charge should be laid against Dudu Myeni, for violating Section 5 of the Commissions Act.

Hofmeyr advised that the National Prosecuting Authority should handle the case.

Myeni has repeatedly said that she will not answer questions, claiming the right not to incriminate herself. 

Criminal Legal expert Advocate James Grant spoke to Annika Larsen to discuss whether Myeni faces any legal sanction, for revealing the name of a protected witness and thereby endangering his life.
