E Cape medical staff welcome Level 3

Medical organisations in the Eastern Cape have given President Cyril Ramaphosa the thumbs up,

for enforcing stricter lockdown laws. They've been calling for tougher measures,

as COVID-19 cases, especially among healthcare workers have spiked.
