Exposed power cables claim lives

A seven-year-old girl from Ennerdale outside Johannesburg was killed by an illegal electricity connection.

And it seems as if exposed power cables and illegal electricity connections, are posing a big danger to residents as three others from the area also died this way over the holidays.
