Garden Route COVID-19 hotspot

The Garden Route is now officially a COVID-19 hotspot.

President Cyril Ramaphosa made the declaration during a family meeting on Monday.

Western Cape Premier Alan Winde is holding his weekly digicon to update residents about how this year's festive season celebrations in public spaces, will be affected.

He will also outline how the City of Cape Town avoided a clamp down.
