Get some zzz’s for a healthy future

Joni Peddie, the founder of Resilient People and a behaviour strategist says people are really battling to fall asleep.

She adds that the situation has been worsened by the COVID-19 pandemic because our whole schedules has been turned upside down.

Today is World Sleep Day and this year’s theme, is ‘regular sleep, healthy future’.

Peddie says we need at least seven hours of proper sleep.
