Godi: Lack of political will to fight corruption

Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo struggled to wrap his head around the high levels of irregular government spending, revealed at the state capture inquiry on Monday.

Parliament’s former Scopa chairperson, Themba Godi gave evident at the commission today over the billions spent at the troubled Passenger Rail Agency.

The Zondo Commission is currently hearing evidence around parliamentary oversight.
