Going back to varsity in 2021

Last year just nine of the 26 public universities completed the academic year.

It is hoped that the remaining universities will finish by middle March with the new academic year only starting in the first week of April.

But what is the knock-on effect for completing the academic year so late?

To answer some of these questions we spoke to Professor Ahmed Bawa, CEO of Universities South Africa.
