Gumede’s graft case hangs in the balance

Corruption accused and former eThekwini mayor Zandile Gumede’s case could be struck off the roll in three months.

Gumede and her 16 co-accused appeared in the Durban Specialised Commercial Crime Court on Thursday.

They are implicated in a dodgy R400 million waste removal tender.
