Hairdressers feel effects of lockdown

It's safe to say that most South Africans have been impacted by the coronavirus outbreak, specifically with current lockdown measures in place.

Last week, President Cyril Ramaphosa extended the lockdown until the end of April, and while government has implemented a relief fund to help small businesses, Nosipho Ngeleza, an informal hairdressing business, feels she is at a disadvantage.
