Homeless car guard fixes up city streets

A homeless car guard working along Cape Town’s Atlantic seaboard is doing his modest bit to spruce up the city.

Rhino Bulo has been saving his meagre earnings, to fix up potholes, pavements and building steps to make the seafront more accessible.

Our reporter Natalie Malgas caught up with him.
