Join the movement

This week is World Stroke Awareness Week and the Heart and Stroke Foundation is asking people to join the Movement.

According to the latest stats one in four people will likely have a stroke in their lifetime.

It’s the third most common cause of death in South Africa, after HIV/ AIDS and coronary artery disease.

We spoke to Pam Naidoo, the CEO of the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
