Is Judge President John Hlophe fit to judge?

Former Constitutional Court Justice Johann Kriegler and Freedom Under Law, are calling for Western Cape Judge President John Hlophe to be

suspended over his conduct in the case against ANC MP, Bongani Bongo. Hlophe dismissed the corruption case against Bongo

last week after finding there was insufficient evidence against him.

Hlophe currently faces two inquiries at the Judicial Service Commission. 

Speaking to etv news on Monday Kriegler tore into Hlophe.
