Judgment reserved in Magahsule vs ANC

Political analyst Ntsikelelo Breakfast says the current battle between the ANC and Ace Magashule hangs in the balance.

The second day of the legal showdown between the ANC and its suspended secretary general over the party's stepaside rule got under way in the high court in Johannesburg. On Thursday Magashule's counsel, Dali Mpofu described the resolution as a mess.

Today, it was the turn of the ANC's legal team to make the party's case. Arguing for the ANC, Advocate Wim Trengrove came down hard on Magashule's changing attacks on party rules.

Breakfast who joined us further says should the ruling go against Magashule, it might mean the end of the road for him in the party.
