Lesotho exports medical grade dagga

Lesotho will become the first African country to supply medical grade cannabis to EU member states. 

Manufacturer, MG Health, has met the stringent standards to export pharmaceutical grade extracts and products 

to Germany and the wider European market. It says it’s one of just 20 companies worldwide to meet the EU’s good manufacturing practice standards.

Luke Van Der Nest, the business development manager at MG Health, says it’s been a long journey to get to this point.
