Less vaccine hesitancy among South Africans
Almost half of the South Africans who were unwilling to be vaccinated have since changed their mind.
That’s a key take away in the latest results from a Coronavirus Rapid Mobile Survey. The final wave of results from the survey was released on Thursday and shows that vaccine acceptance has increased from 71% in February this year, to 76% in May.
The co-principal investigator of the survey Nic Spaull gave us some more insight what the numbers mean.
