Modack bail bid delayed

Pre-trial proceedings of alleged underworld crime boss Nafiz Modack and his alleged associates are struggling to get off the ground,

in the Blue Downs Regional Court in Cape Town. The defense says it still needs more details to prepare a bail bid.

But prosecutors are reluctant to share any more details that may fudge their case.
