Moyane's legal team cross examines Gordhan

Tom Moyane's legal team is cross-examining Public Enterprises Minister Pravin Gordhan, at the State Capture Inquiry.

In his previous testimony, Gordhan implicated Moyane in wrongdoing during his tenure as SARS commissioner.

On Monday Gordhan said after his re-appointment as finance minister, Moyane abused legal processes, to try and pressure him to resign from that position.
