New Aarto system to be implemented next year

The Administrative Adjudication of Road Traffic Offenses Act was Implemented this week.

Transport Minister, Fikile Mbalula, confirmed this and mentioned that Aarto will be rolled out

in phases from this year. Many do not know how the demerit points system will work.
