New tech to track COVID-19 in informal settlements

The tracking of COVID-19 cases is key to eradicating the virus globally.

Here at home, finding the hot spots has been a key priority for government.

The University of Limpopo has joined global research efforts,

by developing tech savvy testing systems for informal settlements.

To explain what they have in mind we chatted to Professor Tivani Mashamba-Thompson,

a Medical Scientist at the UL's Department of Public Health.
