No clear policing plan

While the SANDF has been deployed to certain hotspots it seems looting continues unabated across Gauteng and KZN.

This despite government’s security cluster reassuring that the situation is under strong surveillance.

But policing expert Eldred De Klerk says government has failed to put in place a coherent plan to tackle the widescale unrest.
