‘No plans to go to court’

The ANC’s staff representative committee is adamant that Carl Niehaus does not represent them.

The dismissed ANC member led a group of disgruntled staff to lay charges against the party at the Joburg Central Police station this morning. They want ANC bosses investigated for failing to pay salaries and UIF.

ANC Cape Town staff representative committee chairperson Mvusi Mdala says they are not part of this group and adds that negotiations with the party is still ongoing.
