No running water in 'Mandela's' Qunu

There’s some end in sight to the water supply issues for residents from the village where Nelson Mandela was born and grew up. Villagers in Qunu have had no running water for most of this year.

A bulk water project by the Water and Sanitation Department, and the OR Tambo district municipality will now finally see them get clean, running water.

Several villages in Mthatha, Ngqeleni, Libode and Mqanduli will also benefit.
