North West ready to receive vaccines

About 35 000 healthcare workers in the North West, are expected to form part of the province’s vaccine rollout plan.

This was confirmed by Health MEC, Madoda Sambatha on Friday. The province says it plans to administer around 500 jabs a day. 

A total of 26 healthcare facilities have been identified as vaccination sites.

Sambatha who joined us via Skype, says they are on track to start rolling out the plan.
