Old Mutual responds to funeral claim controversy

Old Mutual has apologised to a Kwazulu-Natal family who went to extreme lengths to settle a funeral policy claim. 
They took a dead relatives body to one of the company's branches in the province. e.tv news anchor Naledi Moleo, spoke to the General Manager of Old Mutual's Foundation Market, Thembisa Mapukata. She says the bank had actually paid the claim before the body arrived.
