Pandemic hinders global AIDS efforts

A United Nations Global Aids report has found that the COVID-19 pandemic could set back the progress made against fighting HIV/AIDS by a decade.

According to the report, COVID-19 poses a threat, as it stops people from accessing treatment and could lead to half a million more deaths
