Political Party Funding Act to take effect

Political analyst, Xolani Dube, has questioned the effectiveness of the Political Party Funding Act which was finally signed into law on Friday.

The new law comes into effect from 1 April and will compel all political parties to disclose who their donors are.

Dube who joined us on Friday also questioned whether the act will help eliminate the political agendas of dubious funders.
