Political party funding under the microscope

Various civil society organisations has joined forces to launch a coalition which will serve as a watchdog for political party funding.

The Ahmed Kathrada Foundation, Corruption Watch, My Vote Counts and the Right2Know campaign, are heading up the movement.

The Political Party Funding Act is meant to regulate the public and private funding political parties receive.
