Problems with party lists?

While the ANC heads to the electoral court in a bid to get the IEC to reopen registration, for the local government elections, members of 6 wards from the Nyandeni branch in the Eastern Cape, have marched to the party’s regional offices in Mthatha.

They are unhappy about the submission of councillor and PR Councillor candidates’ lists. The members say the regional task team altered their list and put its preferred candidates at the top.
