Public servants should know the law

The Public Service Commission has sent a gentle reminder to government officials,
that it's their job, to know the tender processes.
There's been a lot of forgetfulness from officials at the state capture inquiry lately,
where many can't remember the law, or simply forgot about how tender processes work.
