SA gets 2nd COVID-19 vaccine trial

Wits University is starting a second COVID-19 vaccine trial, and has started screening potential participants. 

Novavax is a late-stage biotechnology company, that develops next-generation vaccines for serious infectious diseases.

We spoke to Wits Professor of Vaccinology, Shabir Madhi, who is leading the Novavax clinical trial in South Africa.
