SA's Best Young Mathematician

A Grade 11 pupil from Cape Town has been crowned the Best Young Mathematician for 2021.

Emmannuel Rassou from SACS received the award after coming out tops in the South African

Mathematics Olympiad earlier this year. Due to COVID-19 restrictions the awards ceremony was held virtually.

He joined us to explain what this prestigious award means to him.
