SA's wage gaps and employee rights

Former executive, Andile Ngcaba, is suing IT giant Dimension Data for more than R430 million.

Ngcaba who was the company's executive chairperson for 12 years, claims he was being paid less than his white colleagues.

In a case like this, what are the rights of an employee and what kind of wage gaps do exist in South Africa?
