Should the e-toll cost burden be shared?

Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse CEO, Wayne Duvenage, said that a large majority of the public will never comply to paying for e-tolls as it is fraud with inefficiencies.

Duvenage’s remarks come after a statement was released by Gauteng MEC for Public Transport and Roads Infrastructure, Jacob Mamabolo.

The submission to the ministers of transport and finance as well to the president, states that it's unfair for Gauteng residents to carry the financial burden of e-tolls.
